[EDITORIAL DESIGN, BOOK CONSTRUCTION]
This is a dos-à-dos book about the movement of time and the natural way that people come and go throughout each others' lives. It can be read from either side, with the only sequential text being Sue Hyon Bae's "After the Threesome, They Both Take You Home." Both sides repeat the lyrics of Bon Iver's "22 (OVER S∞∞N)" and are overlaid with texts from friends and family that express love. It is intended to mimic the cyclical feeling of life and human connection, amplifying the bittersweet nature of inavoidable goodbyes.
