SILVER, LACE, AND THE ACT OF SAVING FACE
[EDITORIAL DESIGN, BOOK CONSTRUCTION]
This project is split into three chapters, each one surrounding a different aspect of how we present ourselves and how we are perceived. SILVER: accessories and clothing in the context of styles and expectations. LACE: the effect of the body and gender. SAVING FACE: the weight of expectations and behavior. The content is a combination of found media and self-written text. This was bound with strips of lace, peeking out from between the blue thread.
